Refund policy

At DryFruit Mewa House, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every pack you receive is fresh, hygienically packed, and of premium quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

  • Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially consumed items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are only applicable to online purchases made through our official store.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund as per your preference.
